Think, Feel, Act- the mechanics of behavior change.

If you are reading this article then you are one of the few who want to really improve. You know you need to open your mind and thinking in order to really make a change. You are a human tuner, tuning your own mind and body.

Change has been simplified. It comes down to identity. Just like I just place your identity as being open minded in the above paragraph you are capable yourself of changing your own identity with how you think, feel, and act. You need to change your identity and your behaviors will change.

Think, Feel, and Act

A great example of how to employ changing how you think, feel, and act to achieve a goal by changing your identity to a person who is already in your goal. If I want to be fit I need to think, feel, and act like a fit person.

I need to TELL MYSELF that I am a fit person.

I need to FEEL like a fit person.

I need to ACT like a fit person.

When I am out I say i don’t eat fast food because I am a fit person, I avoid eating fast food, and I feel like a fit person becuase I just proved to myself that I do what a fit person does.

This is a simple idea but if you apply it over and over consistently and to different areas of how a fit person thinks, feels, and acts your identity will become fully a fit person and your goals will be effortlessly achieved.

Change your identity through how you think, feel, and act and you change your life to however you want.
